**Recuerda que siempre saldrá el Sol**

Desde niña, me llamó la atención el brindar apoyo a la gente, desde muy temprana edad, me inicié como guía scouts, realizábamos distintas actividades sociales desde la siembra de árboles, apoyo en las actividades recreativas en las comunidades, talleres, servicio social en momentos de contingencia.
El ser guía Scout, me dio muchas enseñanzas de vida, siempre nos reuníamos en la Plaza O’Leary en el centro de Caracas a pleno Sol y subíamos al Calvario todos los sábados.
Recuerdo las veces que asistí a varios campamentos en pleno corazón de la naturaleza, allí desmalezábamos los terrenos para poder acampar, hacíamos las canaletas en la tierra y organizábamos los espacios donde estarían ubicadas las carpas.

Previamente ya nos habíamos constituido en distintas comisiones de trabajo, todos/as teníamos una responsabilidad que cumplir, nadie quedaba por fuera, todos estábamos unidos por una meta en común.
Aprendí la importancia de la planificación y la estrategia para el logro de los objetivos, la necesidad de identificar los nudos críticos que puedan existir en distintas situaciones y la forma de abordarlos para solucionarlos, aprendí a trabajar en equipo y valorar a cada persona desde sus dones, potencialidades y aspectos por mejorar.

Recuerdo particularmente, uno de los campamentos en donde participé, no paraba de llover, decíamos “está presente el espíritu de Baden-Powell” (antigua leyenda atribuida al fundador del movimiento Scouts, cuando llueve de forma persistente) ese día la lluvia fue inclemente, varias de las carpas se nos cayeron, el espacio se volvió lodo, la leña que habíamos recolectado para cocinar, se había mojado por completo, nuestros enseres, ropas, materiales y utensilios, estaban empapados, estábamos montaña adentro, sin electricidad, ni otros servicios básicos, la situación era muy compleja.

Aun así, unimos ideas y esfuerzos para solventar la situación con los pocos recursos que disponíamos en ese momento, allí cada uno era importante para alcanzar las metas, el mantenernos unidos, darnos ánimo y jamás flaquear a pesar de las difíciles circunstancias, fue la clave para avanzar. Al final, la lluvia cedió y nuestro Astro Rey, iluminó y dio calor en todos los espacios.

Si hacemos la analogía con la vida cotidiana, podemos observar la similitud, dado que en la vida, nos encontraremos con sus luces y sombras, con sus lluvias y nubarrones, con su sol y calor. El llamado es no a dejar morir la esperanza, siempre existirán alternativas de solución que nos impulsarán a seguir, recuerda que siempre saldrá el Sol y estaremos allí para contemplar su grandeza y calor.

Cada persona tiene un Sol en su vida: su familia, hijos, hermanos/as, padre, madre, amigos, trabajo, actividades recreativas, nuestro Sol está donde vibra nuestro corazón, pleno de esperanza y optimismo.

Hay veces el Sol está escondido, preparándose para salir y brillar en todo su esplendor.

En otras oportunidades las nubes lo arropan y forman una hermosa capa de algodón que lo cobija, mientras pasa la lluvia.

Otras veces, sus rayos inundarán absolutamente todos nuestros espacios de vida, puede que no nos demos cuenta, pero allí estará.

Lo importante es dejarnos energizar con su magia en todos los ambientes donde la vida nos lleve y recordar que el Sol siempre saldrá para todos.

Since I was a child, I was interested in providing support to people, from a very early age, I started as a guide scout, we carried out different social activities from planting trees, support in recreational activities in the communities, workshops, social service in times of contingency.
Being a Scout guide gave me many life lessons, we always met in the Plaza O'Leary in the center of Caracas in the full sun and went up to Calvary every Saturday.

I remember the times I attended several camps in the heart of nature, where we weeded the land to be able to camp, we made the gutters in the ground and organized the spaces where the tents would be located.

Previously, we had already constituted ourselves in different working committees, we all had a responsibility to fulfill, no one was left out, we were all united by a common goal.
I learned the importance of planning and strategy for the achievement of objectives, the need to identify the critical knots that may exist in different situations and how to address them to solve them, I learned to work as a team and valuing each person from their gifts, potentialities and aspects for improvement.

I remember particularly, one of the camps where I participated, it didn't stop raining, we said "the spirit of Baden-Powell is present" (old legend attributed to the founder of the Scout movement, when it rains persistently) that day the rain was inclement, several of the tents fell down, the space turned into mud, the firewood we had collected for cooking, It had become completely wet, our belongings, clothes, materials and utensils were soaked.
We were in the mountains, without electricity or other basic services, the situation was very complex.

Even so, we joined ideas and efforts to solve the situation with the few resources we had at that time, there each one was important to achieve the goals, staying united, giving each other encouragement and never faltering despite the difficult circumstances, was the key to moving forward. In the end, the rain subsided and our King Star illuminated and warmed all the spaces.

If we make the analogy with everyday life, we can observe the similarity, since in life, we will find its lights and shadows, with its rains and clouds, with its sun and heat. The call is not to let hope die, there will always be alternative solutions that will drive us to continue, remember that the Sun will always rise and we will be there to contemplate its greatness and warmth.

Each person has a Sun in their life: their family, children, siblings, father, mother, friends, work, recreational activities, our Sun is where our heart vibrates, full of hope and optimism.

Sometimes the sun is hidden, preparing to rise and shine in all its glory.

On other occasions the clouds envelop him and form a beautiful layer of cotton that shelters him, while the rain passes.
