Great shot, the photos are very impressive. The streets are very tidy. Since the photo is black and white, there is no garbage around. What difference does it make? One is already being cleaned.

It is a very clean neighborhood, but believe me... There is garbage, although the public cleaning employees are working 24 hours a day like in one of the shots. Thanks for stopping by @tht :)
