My Actifit Report Card: June 5 2023

Hello and welcome. In this post, I share my Monday Actifit Stats, weekly Hive plan, and a few pictures I took during the day. It was a beautiful day with blue skies some big fluffy clouds. Happily, I hit all of my goals on Monday. This is my 18th day in a row of posting my Actifit report, I hit 10,000 steps, and got a good exercise in doing some free weights and push-ups.

The Alive Chat topic for Mondays is "Plan Out Your New Week - And Follow Your Plan To Success." Regular readers know I've been working to hit my step and exercise goals for the past few weeks and Monday was for the first day in a while that I hit all three. My plan this week is to continue to update with daily Actifit reports, participate in the Alive Chat every day, and at least hit my step and exercise goals in 5 out of the next seven days.
