Wow! Definitely a good zoom on that telephoto, it does magnify far subjects and clearly too! I can imagine it’s a bit to carry around, but if you are a photographer, then you just have to put up with it, 🤣haha! I am getting interested in photography, and this is making me want to visit that place because of the monkeys! I would watch them all day and would probably adopt one. Well, enjoy the rest of your time there! 😀

Yup. Bulky. I can't explore a with this lens, especially when it's "+35, feeling like 41" - like it was recently :D But when I know where to go - a park full of birds or an area visited by monkeys or a smallish old town of Songkhla - that's okay for a 2-3 hour walk.
I would better adopt a dusky leaf monkey aka langur... If I go to Penang, Malaysia after Songkhla, I might langurs there. Love these creatures - so gentle.
