Ahh, how lovely! No need to ask permission to photograph the locals , they seem to love it anyway, haha. That must pacify your urge to photograph people! I’d gladly join those city cleaners once in a while just to dress up in that attractive pinky red attire. And that doggy up high looks like it wants to play with fellow doggies but isn’t allowed, haha. I’d be such a good tourist , though maybe a terrible one, as I’d want to buy a few things and carry them around. First, that very long wok spatula would be so handy for cooking and keeping my hands from getting burnt! And those fabrics would be perfect for crafting. It’s amazing how even the older people can carry hundreds of sacks of rice! It reminded me of my childhood, I used to watch workers carrying sacks of rice every day at my parents’ farm and rice mill. Lovely photography, thanks for sharing!

Yes and no 😄 Yes, because these staged portraits is a good photo opportunity, and no because they leave not much time for genuine street photos - like people's life and beautiful everyday moments. It's not every second of your time in the streets... but some late afternoon walk can be fully drained by crowds of children - yesterday, I ran away from them shouting the name of a sightseeing place I wanted to visit, "Rampuria, Rampuria, Rampuria!!" They were following me and shouting "Rampuria" either. 😄 If kids are polite, it's hard to make them go. If not polite (they can grab your hand or camera if they are too excited), I can scare them with an exaggeratedly angry face and gestures, lol.
Lol, but I understand it. I love the shades of red they choose.
😄
Thank you!!
Awww, haha! And Oh no, what an experience that must have been with those kids following and shouting! I wonder why they were saying ‘Rampuria’?” lol.
:) It's because I was tired of saying "sorry guys, need to go" and decided just to leave no matter what and proclaimed my mission "Rampuria, Rampuria, Rampuria!" (a famous street), and kids decided this was a game, and started echoing "Rampuria, Rampuria, Rampuria!" :)
Hahaha. Oh no. Give them sweets next time, they'll be quiet . Lol.
