Hello, my dear readers, I hope you are having an excellent weekend. Here I am again with a publication, before this prestigious platform, whom I thank for allowing me to use their space.

This time I want to talk about the Falkland Islands in a very summarized way and how much history there is behind them.

Today I went for a walk around the place where I live to do some shopping and suddenly I came across this mural, which is a little opaque by the time it has been made since 2022, as the sun and rain have been deteriorating, but, however, we can see there that are a group of soldiers who were in full battle, in a warlike conflict trying to recover the Malvinas Islands that at the time were claimed by Great Britain, who occupied the territorial space since 1833, but specifically on April 2, 1982 that group of soldiers which alludes to the image, landed on the Islands to try to recover what by decree belonged to them.

The Malvinas Islands are a group of islands located in the southern cone, specifically in the South Atlantic Ocean, corresponding to the Archipelago. The story goes that they belong to the Republic of Argentina, but what is behind them? Why did a war called the Malvinas War originate between Argentina and Great Britain, well, let's find out.

Firstly, back in 1811, these islands belonged to Spain, but after a series of international treaties and after the liberation from the Spanish yoke, they passed into the hands of Argentina, I believe that for geographical reasons and their location, after all, they are right at the end of the southern cone. But taking advantage of the good international relations, they were occupied by Great Britain in 1833, who settled there and dispossessed a group of Argentine citizens who lived in those islands.

The Falkland Islands are hundreds of islets that have among its attractions, fishing, agriculture, tourism, five penguin colonies, a huge virgin vegetation, sheep farms, hundreds of birds of different species, among others and is currently one of the beautiful tourist sites to visit.

This war lasted 74 days and culminated with the surrender of Argentina to a relentless military force of Great Britain, who regained control of the islands, leaving dozens of dead on both sides and some civilians, currently still in the hands of the United Kingdom.

But here in this beautiful country it is said that "THE MALVINAS ARE ARGENTINAS".

Hola, mis queridos lectores, espero estén pasando un excelente fin de semana. Por acá me encuentro nuevamente con una publicación, ante esta prestigiosa plataforma, a quien doy gracias por permitirme utilizar su espacio.

En esta oportunidad quiero hablar de las Islas Malvinas de manera muy resumida y cuanta historia hay detrás de ellas.

Hoy salí a caminar un poco por el lugar donde resido a realizar unas comprar y de repente me consigo con este mural, que está un poco opaco por el tiempo que lleva elaborado desde el año 2022, ya que el sol y la lluvia lo han ido deteriorando, pero, sin embargo, podemos ver allí que son un grupo de soldados que se encontraban en plena batalla, en un conflicto bélico tratando de recuperar las Islas Malvinas que en su momento eran pretendidas por Gran Bretaña, quienes ocupaban el espacio territorial dese el año 1833, pero específicamente el 2 de abril de 1982 ese grupo de soldados el cual hace alusivo la imagen, desembarco en las Islas para tratar de recuperar lo que por decretos les pertenecía.

Las Islas Malvinas son un grupo de islas ubicadas, ubicadas en el cono sur, específicamente en el océano Atlántico Sur, correspondiente al Archipiélago. Cuenta la historia que pertenecen a la República de Argentina, pero ¿Qué hay detrás de ellas? ¿Por qué se originó una guerra llamada la Guerra de las Malvinas?, entre Argentina y Gran Bretaña, pues vamos a averiguarlo.

Primeramente por allá en 1811 estas Islas pertenecían a España, pero luego de una serie de tratados internacionales y luego de la liberación del yugo Español pasaron a manos de la Argentina, estimo que por razones geográficas y la ubicación de las mismas, al fin y al cabo están justo al final del cono sur. Pero aprovechando las buenas relaciones internacionales, fueron ocupadas por la Gran Bretaña en el año 1833, quienes se instalaron allí y despojaron a un grupo de ciudadanos argentinos que hacían vida en las referidas Islas.

Las Islas Malvinas son cientos de islotes que tiene entre sus atractivos, la pesca, la agricultura, el turismo, cinco colonias de pingüinos, una inmensa vegetación virgen, granjas de ovejas, cientos de aves de diferentes especies, entre otros y actualmente es uno de los hermosos sitios turísticos para visitar.

Esta guerra duró 74 días y culmino con la rendición de Argentina ante una fuerza militar implacable de la Gran Bretaña, quien recupero el control de las islas, dejando decenas de muertos de ambos bandos y algunos civiles, en la actualidad aún sigue en manos del Reino Unido.

Pero aquí en este hermoso país se dice que "LAS MALVINAS SON ARGENTINAS".
