Hi, fellow members of the Caturday community!

I take this opportunity to wish you a happy Caturday.

A cat waiting for manna from heaven

This cat is not looking up into the sky to check whether it is going to rain, or not.

No, there is another reason why it has lifted its head up in anticipation.

At this specific time every day, a lady on the balcony above throws some food to the cat.

If it wasn’t for her, the poor animal would probably starve.

Perhaps it could go mouse hunting, but I’m not sure whether it could live on mouse alone.

Not good camouflage

This cat has settled itself under some dry shrub cuttings that have turned red.

Assuming that it did this to try to hide from someone or something, it is not good camouflage.

The color contrast is stark.

In fact, it is hard not to notice it.

These leaves are delicious

Most of the time, I watch felines on the street feeding themselves with what humans give them, such as dry pellets, canned food, even homemade food, you name it.

This time, I caught this cat savoring the leaves of this green shrub.

I don’t know what caused it to do such a thing, that is to change the usual dietary habits of a cat.

Actually, it is the second time that I have noticed a cat feeding itself with a plant.
