My Actifit Report Card: September 18 2025
Hello, fellow Actifitters and Hivers!
I sometimes find it difficult to do even those five thousand steps that I plan to complete, if not on a daily, at least, on a regular, basis.
Other factors and obstacles come into play that prevent me from posting Actifit reports consistently.
Of course, this is not an excuse, if I really want to improve my fitness level with time, but what can I say?
I guess the same applies to everyone.
And because you can't improve your overall level of fitness and health without a good diet, I've got a picture of some nice damsons to show you.
They are a very healthy snack and give me a good energy boost whenever I eat them!
