His world, his rules #monomad

समुदाय के प्यारे सदस्यों को नमस्कार। मुझे आशा है कि आप सभी अच्छे होंगे और अपने प्रियजनों के साथ गुणवत्तापूर्ण समय का आनंद ले रहे है।
There’s a white langur that people often spot sitting along the ridge. What makes him stand out is that he’s usually alone, even when there are no other monkeys around neither the orange ones nor others of his kind. He seems to enjoy his own company, quietly observing everything around him.
रिज पर एक सफेद लंगूर अक्सर दिखाई देता है। उसे खास बनाती है उसकी अकेलापन जब आसपास कोई और बंदर नहीं होता, तब भी वह वहीं बैठा मिलता है। ऐसा लगता है जैसे उसे अपनी ही संगत पसंद हो, चुपचाप बैठकर आसपास की दुनिया को देखता रहता है।
Over time, he has become quite familiar with people. Locals often see him sitting at corners, calmly passing time or playing by himself. Sometimes he even walks up to people, hugging them or curiously picking up their belongings though that doesn’t happen much anymore, as he seems to have settled into a gentle rhythm with everyone around.
समय के साथ वह लोगों का आदी हो गया है। लोग उसे अक्सर कोनों में बैठा, अपने आप में मग्न या खेलते हुए देखते हैं। कभी-कभी वह लोगों के पास आकर उन्हें गले भी लगा लेता है या उनकी चीज़ें उठा लेता है, लेकिन अब ऐसा कम ही होता है। अब वह सबके साथ एक शांत और सहज रिश्ता बना चुका है।
I got to see him one sunny day, sitting peacefully by himself. There was a dog nearby too, probably someone’s pet, watching him just as calmly. For a while, the langur was busy in his own little world, but the moment he noticed me clicking pictures, his mood changed. He began striking funny poses, almost as if he was aware of the camera, and it made the whole moment feel light and amusing.
एक दिन मुझे भी उसे धूप में बैठे देखने का मौका मिला। वह बिल्कुल अकेला बैठा था। पास में एक कुत्ता भी था, शायद किसी का पालतू, जो उसे बड़े आराम से देख रहा था। कुछ देर तक वह अपने ही ख्यालों में खोया रहा, लेकिन जैसे ही उसने मुझे उसकी तस्वीरें लेते देखा, उसका अंदाज़ बदल गया।
I truly enjoyed capturing those little expressions, but at the same time, I kept a safe distance. There was a small fear at the back of my mind..what if he suddenly reacted? So I stayed careful, quietly observing and appreciating the moment from afar.
वह अजीब-सी और मज़ेदार मुद्राएँ बनाने लगा, जैसे उसे कैमरे का अहसास हो। उस पल में एक हल्की-सी खुशी और हँसी थी, जिसे कैद करना बहुत अच्छा लगा। मैंने उसकी तस्वीरें लेना तो खूब एंजॉय किया, लेकिन साथ ही थोड़ा डर भी था कहीं वह अचानक कुछ कर न दे। इसलिए मैंने दूरी बनाए रखी और उस पल को बस दूर से महसूस किया।
