The new cat feels surprisingly mature to me. I do not really know his age, but something about the way he carries himself makes me think he could be around four years old. He is much calmer than the other cats, quiet, slow and gentle in his movements. When he notices the others around, he tries to copy their playful energy for a moment, but it never lasts long. He clearly prefers keeping a little distance. Most days, I see him stretched out in the sun, half asleep and completely at ease. Yesterday, I clicked his pictures on the balcony during sunset, and he looked so peaceful as he slowly settled in and made himself comfortable.
नया बिल्ली मुझे हैरान करने वाला-सा परिपक्व लगता है। मुझे सच में नहीं पता उसकी उम्र कितनी है, लेकिन उसके चलने और रहने के ढंग से लगता है कि वह शायद लगभग चार साल का होगा। वह बाकी बिल्लियों के मुकाबले बहुत ज़्यादा शांत है, उसकी हरकतें धीमी, नरम और सधी हुई हैं। जब वह आसपास दूसरी बिल्लियों को देखता है, तो थोड़ी देर के लिए उनकी तरह चंचल बनने की कोशिश करता है, लेकिन यह ज़्यादा देर तक नहीं रहता। उसे साफ़ तौर पर थोड़ा दूरी बनाए रखना ज़्यादा पसंद है। ज़्यादातर दिनों में मैं उसे धूप में पसरा हुआ, आधी नींद में और बिल्कुल सुकून में देखती हूँ। कल मैंने सूरज ढलते समय बालकनी में उसकी तस्वीरें लीं, और वह इतना शांत लग रहा था, जैसे धीरे-धीरे खुद को आराम से समेटकर बस वहीं टिक गया हो।
He had a few small burrs stuck in his fur, those tiny sticky seeds you get from bushes. I do not know which bushes he had gone into, but he also had a little dirt on him. It felt like he had just come back from outside after wandering around quietly. Maybe he was trying to hunt something, or maybe he was simply hiding in the bushes to stay away from the dogs.

It honestly feels like every one of these cats knows exactly when I am taking a photo. They really pause, turn their faces, and almost choose their own angles, as if saying, Not that profile… this one.😂😂
Exactly! 😂 They couldn't care less when you call for cuddles, but they're always ready for a photo 😂 just like my friend's cat 😂
