A Couple of Hours Without Colors

I spend 2-4 hours creating one post here, not counting the process of photography itself, which has naturally woven into my life for a very long time and has become like blinking. Only the shutter of the camera blinks, not my eyes, just as habitually and unconsciously sometimes.

And today I would like to spend these few hours late in the evening in a black and white mood. It's not because something bad happened, I'm just a little tired. This is a pleasant fatigue that sometimes occurs when you take on too many things and your mind becomes overloaded.

Therefore, it can be useful to immerse yourself in a world without colors, take a break from excess brightness and freeze a little in time.

See how the little spider diligently builds its network in an incredible place for this. I don't know what he was counting on here, maybe it was some kind of outcast among the spiders.

Go back almost a year ago and remember how I drove home late at night and absorbed the peace of an empty road, the traffic on which does not stop for a second at the height of the day.

Don't hurry to tell the story of my return to the polar sandy desert, splashing my childhood emotions into it, and snatching out a few frames that have concentrated the whole essence of the event into themselves.

Thank for the luck in shooting and once again make sure that the world around us builds a plot against the background of natural scenery better than famous directors.

To meet an old friend in a frame that causes an ironic smile and misunderstanding, but is it really a black-and-white photo, or once you found yourself in a moment with only two colors.

And in the end, to feel peace and happiness, because your thoughts have returned to the measured flow. The mind was cleared of the winter wind and the silence of the night. And my eyes are slowly closing under the gnashing of giant blades in the middle of a snowy desert...

Looks just as good in monochrome as in orange tones

I really love your photography, in BnW and in colour, you always manage to capture such beauty in each one, no matter what it is you are shooting xxx

Hopefully they answer this. There have been a lot of questionable things happening with this account lately. Until the plagiarism and recycling claims get sorted out, they will be muted in my communities and most likely downvoted.

Frustrating, I have been supporting this guy for some time now. We should know images like this are too good to be true when presented en-masse from a single source.

Ya. It will be interesting to see what comes out of this. Probably another one of those ghostwriter excuses

Don't remember when I last time felt so fooled and disappointed. Have been supporting and promoting this shameless plagiarism for at least a month or so. Yeah, looking backward some posts looked a bit too good to be true. But then, you never know who is behind the account. A good photographer with enough time, money, and equipment at his disposal could have made it. The thing wasn't unbelievable, it was just good quality. Too bad that was the work of various good photographers stolen around the Internet.

I am curious to see what's the explanation too, but somehow I have a feeling we will not get any.

Love these - they aren't simply black and white photos but well composed, clearly thought out compositions. I love the bridge disappearing into the fog and the one with the horse framed by the posts.

I like the perfect combination of black and white

What’s happening dear Northman @thenortherner? I am disappointed this has happened as I enjoyed following your page. 😞

You are a great wordsmith and have a wonderful gift of making a post interesting. Your words alone and a few original photos would have been enough to keep folks commenting on your posts.

Did you set the goal too high for great images and couldn’t keep up?

Yes, especially plagiarised. The person didn't bother to address the issue and started a power down. Good riddance I say.

If guilty I agree - and it certainly looks that way :( ... Thankfully we have some legitimate accounts here who offer equally incredible posts which they actually own
