travel - travelling through italy east to south to west to north
so yesterday i did a blog on one of our destinations in our recent trip throughout italy. i promised to do some of the history of said town (naples / napoli) today.... but i have decided to start at the beginning of our trip. so history and historical artifacts will have to wait.
let us go back to the beginning ..... for the record we live in ancona..
early october we decided to head off on a trip down to parts of italy we have never seen our itinerary sort of....lecce (pronounced let-che), poggiardo and naples aka napoli....followed by a train trip up through rome to milan and then Back to our home in ancona.....let the adventure begin.....this time with only 1 suitcase, no bicycles....we getting the packing down to a "t"...

that my friends is a story for another day .... but that good old adage.... 'don't judge a book by it's cover' may well be an understatement as regards this little gem... a teaser..
please join me for the rest of the trip... as always, thanks for stopping by, for the support it is appreciated.
