SublimedSunday: "Vegetables Checking in Our Garden"

Today is Sunday, and I have lots of vacant time and as for that me and my Husband were decided to visit our Garden near at the River and to checked those vegetables we planted there. Luckily, the weather was very calm and sunny and it only takes a few minutes of walking before reaching Our Garden Near at the River. Its been a few days since we did not visited the place due to a quite busy day we have and and it will be very exciting to visit the place again. It was late 8 in the Morning when we reached the place and as for that, we begun exploring the entire place at the Garden. This is our Garden near at the river, many times this place was been flooded but luckily it wont flashed or washed out all vegetable plants.

First we checked our newly planted string beans and squash plants. We already experienced hot day and the soil are started to crack but despite of that kind of problem we kept cultivating the soil so our vegetable plants can easily grow and expanding. Because of the intense heat, some of my Squash vegetables leaves are started to dry and it really needs to watered. Gladly the water is not far from here because we only get lots of water at the river. This aread was already flooded last day and luckily the plants are not washed away.

Last Month, we also planted lots of Malunggay vegetables. We cut some matured branches of malunggay and planted here in the Garden, my Grandma gave some matured branches and after a few weeks, it already produced lots of young leaves. We also cultivated the surrounding soil of this plant before watering it.

As we continued to explored our Garden, I also noticed that some of the place are now covered with wild grass including the areas where we planted our vegetables. Removing wild grass is good so the plants can grow healthy, the wild grass that grows here in the Garden can easily pulled out because the dry land contains a sandy-soil. This two types of Alugbati vegetables we planted here also produced lots of young leaves and we planted those cutted branches last week. This kind of vegetables can survived in an intense heat and fastly produced lots of leaves.

My Husband also suggested to plant lots of Cassava crops and as I aggreed, He instantly planted lots of it. As many Months has past, our cassava crops are now grows taller and it can be harvested by next following months. We already harvested some of our String beans we first planted here and gladly we put lots of bamboo branches so our String beans plants can cling and easily cut those beans when we do harvesting. Now, some of the string beans are already dry and it needs to do replanting.

Some of our Oppo vegetables are also ready to harvest, but we removed those dry leaves first. Last day, we already harvested two big oppo vegetables and now, there are two of it ready to harvest. We planned to replant new and young Oppo vegetables here but we keep waiting for this plant to dried.

We also checked our Okra vegetables and we also harvested Many times. This kind of plants is very perfect in here because of the fertile sandy-soil. I brought the seeds of Okra at the Supermarket for 50 Pesos and now, I already cultivate and produced lots of Okra Plants.

My Husband also planted this young Okra vegetables last week and we put some sticks so it can easily identified the plant and avoid stepping on it. The next thing we will do is to add lots of sawdust that served as an organic fertilizers to all vegetables here.

We also visited the other areas were we cleaned and planted lots of vegetables also. We planned to cultivated and occupied the entire place by cleaning and planting lots of vegetables and gladly the vegetables we planted here grows very healthy. Our garden visitation was a success and it can make ourselves to become productive always. Until next posts, have a nice day to everyone.
