Sitio Santa Cruz in Manticao And Naawan Border- The Place Full Of Relaxing Views

The Municipality of Manticao in the Province of Misamis Oriental contains lots of farming lands and a perfect and relaxing place to visit. Adventurist people likes to visit this place to promote Farm and the Natural areas itself. For today's travel blog of mine, I will take you to some parts of Sitio Santa Cruz located in the border point of Naawan and Manticao. Almost parts of the land contains a wide and spacious farm and aside of that a stream that connects to the river. This place is really far from main streets nd it needs to travel almost an hour if we do walking adventure. If we ride on a passenger vehicle, it only takes a few minutes before reaching the place.

Sitio Santa Cruz is not only compost of mountains and hills, there are also plain and wide area were lots of agricultural plants can be found like coconuts, corns and Bananas. This Sitio is also near at Manticao river and the rocky road is located near at the river also.

This road crossing leads to the river and to the small sitios located at the mountain. This is the only accessible road and served as a shortcut going to the other Zone here in Manticao. Different kinds of vehicles like trucks, tricycles, bicycles and private vehicles can also pass by here. Near at this area is the popular farm called Pergola, each side of this road contains lots of tall trees and wild plants that can make the surroundings relaxing and fresh.

The cliff where the river locates also have lots of bamboo trees that can help the soil to keep eroding. Summer season is already happens here that is why the water at the river is clear and lots of wild animals like birds lived here.

This wide and plain place contains hundreds of coconut trees and all of it are already produced lots of fruits. Also few banana plants are also in the place and all of this agricultural plants are some of the family source of income to all residents here. Aside of that, there are people who came from Cities visited here just to make camp and picnics and best areas to spend time together with friends and Families.

This road trail leads to the Steel bridge located in Sitio Makawa in Naawan, Misamis Oriental. Bikers and motorcycle riders always do riding adventure here because of the trails found here. Each side of the road trail have lots of Young coconuts and bananas planted and aside of that a tire tracks indicates that lots of motorcyles and bicycles always pass by here.

The First Stream:

This is the first stream here, and in order to reach the Sitio, it needs to crossed the two streams located here. It contains lots of big rocks, bamboo trees and wild plants. Because of the intense heat happens here due to summer season, the stream has completely dried up leaving this tons of stones. This body of water creates a "Y" channels of water because of the past big floods happens here.

Second Stream:

This is the Second stream located here and this is the last body of water we can pass before reaching the place. Each side of the cliff contains lots of big roots and vines and also chunks of stones. A simple bridge made of bamboos also built attached on each side of the cliff particularly the big trees. It helps for the residents to crossed the stream without getting wet. There are some parts in the stream contains cool water brought by heavy rain last Month. It does not dry easily because of the shady and cannot hit by the sunlight.

Sitio Santa Cruz is truly a perfect apots for Nature adventure, we can relaxed ourselves and aside of that we can lots of wild animals and feel the pressence of Nature. Until next post, have a nice travel activities to everyone.
