My Garden Journal: "Vegetable Checking and Crops Planting"

Gardening is one of the best Life investment and practical life.

All products and goods are now inflating and it is the best way to plant lots of vegetables and crops so we can avoided too much expense of those expensive products. Today, as part of my Garden Journal blog allow me to share the updates of my Garden and for me, I am very happy and proud to have this place and also with the support of my Husband. We decided to expand our Garden here at the near at the river, and luckily it was quite very easy for us to removed those weeds and wild plants. The soil is very fertile and it is right to used it without applying synthetic fertilizers.

First, we checked our string plants and gladly it has already produced lots of vines and expected to produced flowers by next Month. We carefully choosed the place were we want to plant string beans away from Red ants to avoid damaging all string beans young leaves. The bamboo pieces and a dry coconut leaves are very useful because the vines cling on it in order to reached the long bamboo. We decided to attached and tied the bamboo in two tall trees and cultivated the surrounding soil near at the plants.

We also plant white alugbati tubers and cuttings here, this few cuttings of alugbati vegetables was been planted last day and it really needs to water everyday and also cultivating it. Our methods of gardening here are malching, it means we only dug a big hole instead of plotting it. All kinds of vegetables planted here will grows very fast because of the sandy soil contains here in the place. This kind of vegetables needs to construct bamboo frame and that is the next thing we want to do.

On the other hand, red alugbati vegetables also grows very healthy in fact it was already produced lots of young leaves and vines. The best thing we did is to watered it daily and the dry leaves must be cut or removed. Long alugbati branches or vines must be cut also so it can produced lots of vines and lots of leaves.

My Malunggay Branches I've planted last month has now produced lots of malunggay leaves. Watering this plant everyday is very important so it can keep away from leaves dryness and withered. Cultivating the soil surrounded in the plants is very important so it can expand the roots very fast.

Camote leaves and sweet potatoe crops are also planted here in my Garden, I am very thankful for my Grandma she gave this cuttings for me and now it is already produced lots of young leaves. Planting camote crops is very perfect in here because of the sandy-soil and aside of that it can produced lots of crops because of the fertile soil. Cultivating this plant is important but if it already produced lots of vine it is still right for not cultivating but removing those dry leaves and vines.

My Husband also planted few ube crops near at the tall tree. He decided to plant it in the place so the vine of ube will cling to the big tree. He put few big sticks so we can easily identified the areas we planted the crops. Most of the crops can be harvested within 7 to 9 months and patience is the key.

My Okra plants are nearly produced flowers and expected to produced okra vegetables as well. We keep looking for any harmful insects living under those leaves like aphids and as we seen it, we immediately removing it from the leaves.

We have lots of vacancies here that is why we also planted cassava crops. This bunch of cassava cuttings are brought from my Grandma's place and before we planted it, the cassava tubers must be cut in equal length. Planting those tubers must be in slant positions. Gladly we planted almost a hundred cassava tubers here in my Garden and truly I can say that this is one of the most productive day in my Life. Until next post, have a nice day to everyone.
