My Daily Post: " Putting Up Garden Expansion Near at The River"

Another productive day I did and it was all about Gardening near at the river. My Husband decided to expand our Garden near at the river, the reason why is we can get or fetch lots of water for our vegetables and crops very easily. Last day when He started to clean and expanded our Garden. The soil is very soft and sandy and aside of that, very fertile. It takes almost 3 days of cleaning and cultivating the place, and due to a busy the following days we can't fucosed our new expanded garden. Removing wild grass are very easy because it composed with sands mixing of soil and the wild plants can easily pulled out from the Ground.

After that, I decided to went at my Old vegetable garden place and removed bunch of lemon-grass to be transferred to my New Vegetable garden. I carefully removed the bunches of lemon-grass using big shovel and started to removed those dry leaves. I carefully separated those lemon-grass before cutting and removing those leaves. I also asked my Husband to dug a hole for my Lemon-grass and estimated that ten holes will be dug for our lemon-grass. I've planted two pieces of lemon-grass each hole and it takes a few minutes.

I also noticed this small lemon plant grows at the place and I nearly stepped on it, good thing I saw it before stepping on it and I asked my Husband to put few sticks so we can easily determined that there is a plant grows in the areas. I cultivate the soil surrounded in this plant so it will grow very fast and after that I watered it so it wont dry up.

My Alugbati sprouts also grows and I planted it last week. This place is very fertile because of the decomposed dry leaves and grass. In order for this to grow fast, it needs to cultivate and watered it three times a week. Alugbati plants loves to grow in an open field and it must be cleaned and removed those wild grass so the plants wont die. I am very happy to see the young sprouts grows and this will be added to my vegetables collections. My Husband did not do vegetable plots instead He only dug few holes to the ground and planted the matured alugbati seeds.

My Okra and string beans sprouts are also already grows very healthy. This kind of plants needs to care a lot just like checking its leaves. Harmful insects like red ants loves to lived on the its leaves resulting the plants will be damage. I planted this string beans and okra plants in the place were no red ants colony can be found, aside of that I also applied organic fertilizers to all vegetables I have here at my Garden.

My Garden extension is not really wide but we kept cleaning and expanding until we reached the entire place clean. It is good to have a wide garden so I can plant more vegetables and the place will become more productive. I am happy to have this garden extension and my plan for this is to transfer and produced lots of different kinds of vegetables. My Husband also planned to put lots of ginger crops here, but we need money to buy lots of ginger and it cost very expensive.

I was very surprised to see this pineapple plants grows here and more exciting because it already produced pineapple fruits. I wonder why it grows here, we only found lots of pineapple plants at the mountain but not knowingly that there are also few pineapple plants grows here. I am lucky to have it here and I only cleaned the place and removing those wild grass. It was a productive and enjoyable day I had , the place will even more productive and hopefully we will get and achieved the good and fruitful results. Until next post, have a nice day to everyone.
