Photograhy in RDR 2!

Hello there,

This community is well known as gaming photography, how about playing something that is also a photography quest in the game? How about I have to take photos for the mission in the game?

My aim of playing the game and posting here comes true simultaneously. I came across a quest where I had to help out Albert Mason, an in-game character known for taking pictures around the map.

A new contest is up in the community. Check out and participate here

A new day and a hunt for the new mission. After having a goosebumps session in the swamps, I was ready to head out of it.

After crossing the swamps, I was heading north of Saint-Denis, in a more isolated forest to capture other mysteries.

As I crossed the swamp's outskirts, I saw a big white spot on my map. I knew it was a mission related to Albert Mason, a photographer, taking pics to publish his magazine.

I had to go a little to the shoreside of the great lake formed near the swamps. Just around the crocodile habitat.

I saw Albert and his boat. Seems like he was trying to take pics of water creatures.

He was busy trying to take a pic.

I greeted him, and I helped and saved him many times during the initial chapters when he was trying to take pictures in forest areas.

Arthur told him that if he stood there he might become the dinner for the crocodiles as no one was there to guard him while he was taking the pics.

Arthur folded his camera and took his luggage in the boat to help him with great shots.

We hoped in the boat.

Albert fixed and mounted his camera. Arthur (I) took charge of the boat.

I took him a little ahead and he told me to stop the boat for the shots, I took my camera and Albert his camera. Albert taking pics for magazines and I am taking them for the gaming photography community!

This was our first short.

We approached another spot to take a complete pic of the crocodile.

He fixed his camera and ready for the second shot.

Clicked!

Heading to the last spot and this one was going to be interesting.

As we reached the shore, the crocodile hid in the bush and Albert told me to be the crocodile's food and make the crocodile come out.

Arthur was pissed, but I went to the land and approached the crocodile. As soon as the crocodile saw me I had to make a run.

This was a giant crocodile and I was unable to hop in the boat. I didn't waste time looking behind, I was pressing my keys harder to make him hop in the boat.

Finally, Arthur jumped in the boat, took control, and started peddling away from the crocodile.

After peddling away we both were relaxed.

Mason was enjoying the boat ride.

I had to paddle to the nearest safe shore.

Finally, we reached the shore, Mason thanked Arthur for helping him out again.

After this, I helped him to get his boat in the water again. And finally, this quest was completed.

I headed to take pictures of a few more animals for the blog.

I concluded my gameplay with the above pictures.

I went down to the forest to set up the camp and to rest.

Good night!

I really liked the pictures in the lake, the details of the reflection of the vegetation with the green tone of the water are very good.

I didn't know that in RDR 2 you could do a photo shoot in a swamp. Although considering how awesome that game is the truth is not that I'm not surprised.

Yeah me too. I don't know what mission will come ahead. I just roam freely.

I didn't think that in RDR 2 there was a photographer, even the camera looks very old, although it was worth the risk of being eaten by a crocodile, because the result of the photographs are beautiful. I loved that part where you mentioned that "Albert would take pictures to pass on his collection and you for the community".

I loved all the captures, especially the last one at the camp, an excellent relaxing and solitary moment to reflect...
