loving the 80% whole wheat choice' it's hearty but still friendly on the bite :) the scoring style feels 'clean' and suits a loaf made with 100% love, very neat. i'm no pro, but this combo make sense and my tummy already agrees.

Anytime, that 80 percent whole wheat sour;dough and clean scoring really shines. Now I cant stop thinking about a warm slice with butter. My tumy already says yes :)
