Loved how you brought carrot and pumpkin together, and that 5 to 8 green chilies with cumin and turm;eric is exactly the kind of simple heat I enjoy. The cover for 10 minutes then another seven to eight makes the recpie feel balanced and homely, my inner neat freak is clapping :) I dont usually write this, but your step by step flow and the gentle oil use keeps it light yet hearty, perfect for busy days.
