The Dubai real estate market recorded substantial activity across the weekend and subsequent business day, with total sales reaching AED 2.52 Billion across 645 transactions. The market value was highly skewed toward high-value assets and established properties:

  • Ready properties drove the market value, accounting for nearly AED 1.70 Billion of the total sales, far outpacing Off-Plan transactions in value.
  • The Land property segment dominated the total value, contributing AED 1.34 Billion from only 90 transactions, highlighting significant transactions for development or prime plots.
  • The area breakdown reveals two distinct markets:
    • Nad Al Shiba First led by value (AED 850.54 Million), likely due to a single or a few major land deals.
    • DUBAI SPORTS CITY led by transaction volume (183 deals), confirming its role as a high-activity hub for apartment sales and volume-driven growth.
