Market Review
The Dubai real estate market reported 500 total transactions on October 24, 2025, reaching a combined value of AED 1.41 Billion.
Sales activity accounted for the majority of the market, totaling AED 968.12 Million from 352 transactions. Similar to the previous day, the Ready property segment maintained a strong lead, contributing over twice the sales value (AED 647.59 Million) compared to Off-Plan properties (AED 320.53 Million).
The breakdown by property type shows Units (Flats/Apartments) dominated in volume (281 transactions), while Land transactions generated a substantial portion of the overall sales value (AED 298.57 Million) from only 39 deals, indicating high-value plot sales.
BUSINESS BAY was the top-performing area by sales value (AED 115.45 Million), showcasing continued high-end demand. In terms of sheer volume, MOTOR CITY led the market with 37 total transactions.
