Market Review: Mortgage Volume and Land Sales Dominate

The total market value (including sales, mortgages, and gifts) was AED 3.07 Billion—the highest of the recent days—across $707$ total transactions. This massive increase was due to a high volume of mortgage registrations.

  • Mortgage Surge: Mortgage registrations and modifications accounted for AED 1.01 Billion across $343$ deals, nearly matching the sales count and contributing significantly to the overall market value.
  • Ready Property Rebounds: Ready properties dominated the sales value, generating AED 1.29 Billion from $185$ transactions, nearly $2.5$ times the value of Off-Plan sales.
  • Land is King: High-value Land transactions made up the bulk of the sales value, contributing AED 998.33 Million (more than half of the total sales value) from just $30$ deals.
  • SILICON OASIS Leads Value: SILICON OASIS was the top area by sales value, recording AED 441.77 Million, while TECOM SITE A led the total transaction volume (mostly due to mortgages/gifts).
