Market Review: Off-Plan Rises, and Units Dominate Volume
The total sales value for the day was AED 1.82 Billion from $676$ transactions. The overall market activity (including mortgages and gifts) totaled AED 2.34 Billion across $895$ transactions.

- Off-Plan Leads Value Again: Off-Plan sales slightly outperformed Ready sales in value, hitting AED 968.93 Million from $432$ deals, while Ready sales totaled AED 853.77 Million from $244$ deals.
- Units Drive Volume and Value: Sales of Units (Flats, Apartments, etc.) were the largest segment by far, contributing AED 1.12 Billion across $575$ transactions. Land sales maintained significant value at AED 522.56 Million from $56$ deals.
- JVC and Business Bay Lead Volume: Jumeirah Village Circle once again claimed the top spot for transaction volume with $66$ deals, followed by Business Bay with $46$ deals.
