Lourensford Wine Estate... It looks like a great place to visit! I do love the sculptures they have on display. The wildebeest looks so real and the baby rhino is adorable. The lioness jumping the fence with here cub is an amazing one as well, and you're right, the look on on the cub's face is really cute!

I love fresh roasted coffee, and it sounds like they have some great choices at the roastery. There really is nothing like freshly roasted/ground beans to make some great tasting coffee. Which beans are your favorite there?

I once found some limited edition coffee beans from Honduras that were so good, I bought up all they had in stock but sadly they never got more... Maybe one of these days I'll find them again. Africa produces some really good beans too, I bet you have a lot of really good choices there!

Thanks for sharing those great shots! If you can ever can ever get one of the African Fish Eagle that would be amazing. I love eagles, but so rarely see them where I live in southern California! I'm on vacation currently and just saw a bald eagle catching a fish, it was great site. Sadly too far for the cell phone to get a decent shots with my cell phone.

Yeah, the sculptures was a concentration about some of the wildlife over here. South Africa is known about the "Big Five", and these are just some of the big five in their younger years. So now you can put this on your bucket list when you come for a visit over here :)

I don't have a favorite coffee bean, as I am just working my way through all of the beans on offer. Senegal beans are great, and the darker beans are stronger. I hope that you find your Honduras beans again.

It's not the African Fish Eagle's breeding time yet, and so I am waiting to hear that famous cry by the male as a signal that they have arrived. That bald eagle catch must have been great to see, and the sooner that you can get a camera with a good zoom, the better.
