RE: Early winter pond life...

Sorry to hear about that terrible flooding and loss of life from the weather. Those poor people being evacuated due to the rising water and so many roads closed. Mother nature can share her wraith with us from time to time. Just be careful out there on those roads in the coming storms!

What cute little fish in the pond! They took out the Koi to keep them healthy but all these other fish seem to thrive there as well. I wonder if they will be left to reside or be removed as well? One never knows during cleaning projects. Nice catch on the dragonfly, odd that it's still around despite it being so late in the year.

There is beauty every to be seen if you take the time to look for it. Those were some great shots of the pond, and some nice little fish. Good luck raising the clothing to help out those in need, that is a great service to the community!

I thought that I had done a reply here.
We have now been declared as a disaster province and just heard on the radio that there are now ten deaths in the storms thus far. Schools are closed until further notice, and people are warned to stay inside. The rain just continues.

Yeah, the Kois are bigger and valuable, and I think that they will put all of the smaller fish in a separate tank. Maybe, as I will try to find out what happens to them. That lonely dragonfly would also die soon.

So right, as beauty is in the eyes of the beholder. Let's hope that the clothes will bring relief to some needy souls.
