Funny how the wildlife takes advantage of the breaks in the rain storm. The squirrels and doves both show up for food, even if the squirrel is a bit muddy. What do you expect, it was raining after all? The sunbird out looking for bugs,.. Those are some fun pictures!

The human wildlife isn't always so careful during the rain, so many people drive like absolute idiots when it rains! It's like they thing friction coefficient is the same when it's dry or wet, absolutely not... We see a lot of accidents here form people who just aren't careful, and it doesn't rain a whole lot in Southern California so many aren't all that used to it!

Glad to hear the dams are holding up so far, the last thing you need is flooding with any additional cold fronts... I guess it's a nice welcome to winter for you!
