Very interesting bird the Drongo. There aren't many birds that use that kind of mimicry to scare away larger birds and even animals just to steal their prey. Also interesting that they are so aggressive in protecting their nests driving away even large birds of prey. What a fascinating animal! Those were some great pictures you got, and you even captured three in the same shot, pretty cool for solitary birds. They didn't seem to mind the doves company, so they must not always be aggressive.
Nice shots on the starlings, that was a very long zoom to capture them, very well done! I'm not sure I would have noticed them on top of that clock tower, maybe I need to get my sunglasses prescription updated!
I always enjoy your bird and squirrel posts, they are a lot of fun to see the animals in action. Great post as always!
I think that I told you before that I like your detailed descriptions of my post contents, and I so wish that others will also follow your example. In regard to the zoom, my camera has a fixed lens, and it acts upon simply sliding the zoom turret out to the desired focus. Thank goodness that my eyes are still okay, but the other parts are not doing so well, and I cannot order replacements for them :)

Thanks for putting together interesting content. It's also more fun to interact with someone who genuinely wants to engage, and you are one of those people! Keep those eyes working, we only get two and we still can't grow new ones or even have the slightest idea of how to reconnect the more than one million neurons in the optic nerves!
