quick resume-righting, April 2nd
I've got a markup of my portfolio here, hot of the digital presses for another gig I have to do for the city of Boston.
I would share more, but I am currently resisting the urge write about runny noses, their origins and their banes- because I would like mine to stop running and sit still on my face.
I stitched these images via Canva, with work you may or may not've seen before. I found it simple, but making a professional look from a laptop was the biggest challenge. A trackpad just doesn't give you the same freedom of motion that a mouse does.
These opportunities come at an opportune time- I might reference the continued network effect of tying my life to some dubious technology current under legal dispute with the big boys. But here I am, little ol' blogger from Boston trying to do better than getting by.
If all this legal noise makes all my transacting platforms boot me from the site for my US residence, I might have to get more equipped. The latest Restrict bill might criminalize VPN's, freely give the Secretary of Commerce the right to deem parties 'foreign adversaries' to the States.
If I'm honest, all this legal rigmarole is a 'foreign adversary' to my pockets. I don't need to be legislated to safety- all those legislations never protected me anyway. See what the "Three strikes" policy did to people like me under Reagan? If you don't know, look it up. Not pretty, my friends.
If crypto gets criminalized, guess who might as well call a petty crook: this guy.
I'm not about to give up the only thing that's been financially inclusive in the past two or three decades. Watch me shoot (my camera) and snap the bigger picture. Might save this industry. Or at least, I hope it saves my wallet.
