🇪🇸 ~ Moshii moshii ~ 🍃 Espero todos se encuentren muy bien y tengan un agradable inicio de semana. ¿En tu país se vio el eclipse?, hoy ha sido un día de descanso para mi; descanso mental, emocional y físico, porque después de muchos, muchos meses como cuidadora, alguien muy especial para mi regreso a casa el fin de semana, a las estrellas, y quizá hable sobre eso en otra nota cuando me sienta mas fuerte, pero hoy quiero compartir unas fotos hermosas de algunos de los obsequios que recibí en mi cumple años 🎂 🎁 🥂

🇺🇸 ~ Moshii moshii ~ 🍃 I hope everyone is feeling great and having a nice start of the week. Did your country see the eclipse?, today has been a day of rest for me; mental, emotional and physical rest, because after many, many months as a caregiver, someone very special to me is coming home for the weekend, to the stars, and maybe I'll talk about that in another note when I feel stronger, but today I want to share some beautiful photos of some of the gifts I received on my birthday 🎂 🎁 🥂

El pasado mes de marzo fue mi cumple años y recibí muchos obsequios todos de diferente clase, también recibí algunos obsequios durante un evento manganime al que asistí pocos días despues (de eso sí pienso hacer una nota). Este ramo de flores por ejemplo era bellísimo en persona, tuve que desarmarlo para que ocupara bien el florero, y he dejado las fotos sin edición para que pueda apreciarse su verdadero color con luz natural.

Last March was my birthday and I received many gifts of different kinds, I also received some gifts during a manganime event I attended a few days later (I will write about that). This bouquet of flowers for example was beautiful in person, I had to take it apart so that it would fit in the vase, and I have left the photos unedited so that you can appreciate its true color in natural light.

¡Las flores llegaron con un paquete con varios items extra!, esta t-shirt de "Shoujo Kakumei Utena" está entre los que más me sorprendieron por lo acertadísimo que fue. La t-shirt de "One Piece" fue regalo de mi hermano, y por supuesto que ese papel espectacular de estampado de tigres voy a guardarlo para una próxima manualidad, solo que aun no se que hacer que lo merezca, es muy raro porque tiene relieve escharchado y hace años que no veía algo parecido -parece un hibrido entre papel y cartulina reciclada-

The flowers arrived with a package with several extra items, this "Shoujo Kakumei Utena" t-shirt is among the ones that surprised me the most because it was so accurate. The "One Piece" t-shirt was a gift from my brother, and of course I'm going to save that spectacular tiger print paper for a future craft, but I still don't know what to do to make it worth it, it's very rare because it has embossed relief and I haven't seen anything like it for years -it looks like a hybrid between paper and recycled cardboard-

Esta agenda es lo mas adorable que he visto en mucho tiempo, es acolchada y tiene secciones para escribir y otras para dibujar, en línea recta, cuadriculado y algunas páginas con ilustraciones cutie del los personajes (es como si contara la cotidianidad de dos amigos). ¡Y por supuesto que ya la estrene!.

This planner is the most adorable thing I've seen in a long time, it's padded and has sections for writing and sections for drawing, straight line, checkered and some pages with cutie illustrations of the characters (it's like telling the daily life of two friends). And of course I've already released it!.

Muchos dulces que ya me comi o había refrigerado. Mención especial a estos bocaditos de frutos secos bañados en chocolate. Oh, y en esa bolsa de regalo habían telas, es el regalo mas inesperado, amo mucho que me regalen telas, no tengo preferencias en este aspecto porque sin importar el tipo de tela le encontrare un uso para fabricar algo lindo.

Many sweets that I already ate or had refrigerated. Special mention to these little bites of nuts dipped in chocolate. Oh, and in that gift bag there were fabrics, it is the most unexpected gift, I love fabrics, I have no preferences in this aspect because no matter the type of fabric I will find a use for it to make something nice.

Días mas tarde asistí a la Tomodachi White Day 6 y de verdad hace tiempo no lograba asistir a un evento como civil; no me quejo, desde mi comeback se me han presentado muchas oportunidades, invitaciones y propuestas, por lo que doy las gracias todos los días, pero esta ocasión era muy especial y necesitaba pasar tiempo con mis amigos, como cuando éramos mas jóvenes y asistíamos todos juntos a eventos. Esta taza de Luna de "Sailor Moon" me fascina -¡te quiero muchisimo Marie!- y esta muy bien hecha, la he convertido en mi nuevo recipiente de pinzas de costura.

A few days later I attended the Tomodachi White Day 6 and it has been a long time since I was able to attend an event as a civilian; I am not complaining, since my comeback I have been presented with many opportunities, invitations and proposals, for which I am thankful every day, but this occasion was very special and I needed to spend time with my friends, like when we were younger and we all attended events together. This "Sailor Moon" Luna mug fascinates me -I love you so much Marie!- and it is so well made, I have turned it into my new sewing tweezers container.

Muchas cosas ya las he guardado o estrenado pero aqui hay un extra de más obsequios surtidos. Tambien hay unos que no enseño porque admito ser celosa con los detalles que tienen peso sentimental o rebuscado en mi corazón.

Many things I have already kept or used for the first time but here is an extra of more assorted gifts. There are also some that I don't show you because I admit to being jealous with the details that have sentimental weight or are dear to my heart.

En un post anterior de shopping de pre-cumple años había comentado materiales nuevos, pero mostré solo algunos y no todos. Los diferentes apliques de ese lote estan destinados a proyectos específicos.

In a previous pre-birthday shopping post I had mentioned new materials, but I showed only some of them and not all. The different appliqués in that lot are intended for specific projects.

Hasta entonces estoy guardando todo en un estuche hermético donde no se maltraten y estén lejos de humedad, ¡le tengo terror a la humedad después de lo que paso en diciembre de 2022!, cuando ya había empezado a arreglar el cuarto de costura.

Until then I'm keeping everything in an airtight case where it won't get damaged and away from humidity, I'm terrified of humidity after what happened in December 2022, when I had already started to fix the sewing room.

Quiero cerrar este post con este curioso mensaje de alguna providencia mística a la que le debemos pequeños milagros que no podemos menospreciar llamándolos coincidencias: Un maneki neko azul, la persona que me lo regalo no sabe nada sobre mi proyecto de tienda, ¡imaginen mi cara!.

I want to close this post with this curious message from some mystical providence to whom we owe small miracles that we cannot belittle by calling them coincidences: A blue maneki neko, the person who gave it to me doesn't know anything about my store project, imagine my face!.

Ahora, lamento si este post ha quedado algo falto de elocuencia, lo he borrado y reescrito tantas veces que perdí la cuenta, quería que fuera especial porque enserio pase un muy lindo y feliz cumple años, y estoy tan agradecida con todo el amor que he recibido, pero tengo dificultades para concentrarme, y al mismo tiempo no quiero rendirme y descartarlo y caer en otro hiatus forzado, simplemente no quiero. Un abrazo enorme 💕

Now, I'm sorry if this post has been somewhat lacking in eloquence, I've deleted and rewrote it so many times I lost count, I wanted it to be special because I seriously had a very nice and happy birthday, and I'm so grateful with all the love I've received, but I'm having a hard time concentrating, and at the same time I don't want to give up and discard it and fall into another forced hiatus, I just don't want to.
