Enjoying The Winter Calm

After a very hard couple of weeks, I got into nature to unwind. Starting on the Canterbury trail and waterfall in Ancaster Ont.

I continued on the trail past the small waterfall and without another soul in sight!

The trail passes this beautiful mansion and I couldn't resist taking a shot of it.

Shortly after the mansion, I made it to Sherman falls.

I didn't want to end the hike, so I kept going to Tiffany falls. But this waterfall is very popular because of it ease to get to. When I saw a full parking lot for it, I decided to just put the drone up.

The calm and beauty was exactly what was needed to recharge!

I'm always a huge fan of snowy landscapes and autumn photos but WOW those closeups of Sherman Falls are absolutely STUNNING. The warm tones from the lighting and leaves juxtaposing the ice and snow surrounding the Falls 🤩

I don't know how often you print your own work but that middle shot is one I'd frame and hang for sure. Great stuff!
