Taking advantage of a free couple of hours, I went for a wander around downtown Hamilton Ont. Camera in hand, I was immediately greeted with a beautiful sunset over the skyline.

As it got darker, I made my way to the west side of downtown. This is when I decided to play with traffic and do some light trail shots.

Making my way back to the core, it became clear light trails would be tricky. Construction crews had the main intersection in the core (James St at King St) at a stand still, with the usually 4 lane street down to 1.

Despite being able to snap one more with workers in frame, I decided to end the night off with a couple of street shots.

Getting out and putting in 15,000 steps and getting some cools shots is always a great way to spend a couple of hours!
