DIY PREPARATION OF HOW I MADE MY PEPPER EGG SAUCE 😋

It's a beautiful Sunday accompanied with a lovely breakfast meal
Here are the step by step process of how I made my pepper egg sauce.
I said pepper because it has to be a little watery (more like a stew) not too dry since I will be eating it with rice, for easy consumption.
I blended the pepper and onions a little (not fully grinded)
Then I placed a clean frying pan on fire, adding a little vegetable oil
I allowed it to heat up for about 10 seconds then I pour the grinded pepper inside the pan.
And my seasonings to taste (bullion cubes and salt)
I added a little water, stirred together and allowed to fry for about 2 minutes then I pour my whisked egg into it.
Allow to fry for another 2 minutes then you serve.
