Btw, what are those dried cassavas used for? I’m curious because I know the ones that are used to make fufu are soaked in water and the ones used to make garri are immediately processed after harvesting. So what are those dried ones for? Pardon my ignorance.

The dried cassava are grinded into powder to make Amala. Or related names. We have Amala lafun as it is called in Yoruba
