the other pier
Good Morning, I hope life is treating you well
I often share shots of or taken on the pier by the Boat ramp at one end of the harbor walk here in New Bedford, but there is another pier nearby, behind the Cisco Breweries Bar and restaurant , that I often take shots of as well although not as many as the other pier.
Part of the reason perhaps is because they have a rope across blocking access to walk out on it when I am there.
And sure I know I probably could easily step over it and go out on the pier, but I seem to be gettign worse at following rules and such and have obly stepped over it a couple of times and walked out on the pier and never in the last year.
Silly I know at the time I go there no one is around to make a fuss about it, and maybe when I next visit there I will say what the heck and climb over the rope and go to the end of the pier.

you can see the ramp going down to a small floating dock from the pier, the Restaurant, well I guess the restaurant, but maybe its someone enterprizing who found a way to make some cash, but I assume its run by the restaurant, there is a boat that goes out to boats that achor odff the shoreline, and brings them in tot he ramp where they can go up and enjoy some time at the restaurant
