A few random photos from semi-recent walks

Today I was having trouble deciding on a theme for photos to share in this post, so in the end I decided to go with a theme of totally random,
Or maybe being more creative, I should say some of my favorite spots for early morning walks, but in all honesty, there are just some random photos I have edited and picked for todays post without putting a lot of thought into it.

Let me start on the old Swing truss Bridge. I know many in the city hate it, being caught waiting for it to open to allow them to get on with their drive to wherever they may be going, especially when it has mechanical issues and gets stuck open for boats but closed for vehicle traffic.

But I love it for photos; the red line is a car driving by while I was taking a long exposure shot.

This next one is at the other end of Pope's Island, looking across to some of the boats docked in Fairhaven,

And on the beach at Fort Taber here in New Bedford, when the sunrise was really early, the gates were often locked to the park when I went there early morning, but now that the sunrise is after 5 AM, I have been able to get into the park in the last few days,

And back on Pope's Island, whenever I visit there, I cannot resist a photo of these commercial fishing boats, each one different, not just for the color and clouds changing from day to day, but also the order in which the boats are docked often changes

Still Pope's Island, but this time private pleasure boats docked at the Pope's Island Marina.

And to finish off, two of my favorite subjects of recent, historic buildings and streets, and nice sunrise colors.

And that’s all folks

Nothing wrong with random! Life is mostly random after all! I love the second one and the last one, but they are all fantastic!

Beautiful collection of photographs. The last one is brilliantly captured because it looks like an unreal painting from a fantasy story.
