A few recent sunrise photos from my early morning walks

Good morning, and have a good day.

Today I will share a few sunrise photos from my recent or semi-recent photo walks.

I say semi-recent, as although I have been out walking most days, I am behind in editing the photos I have taken.

For my early morning walks, I do a lot of 3-shot bracketed photos, i.e., 3 photos at different exposures to capture a good range of light from the brights to the darks. I then have to blend them before editing them and that takes time. With all the walks I have been on I haven't had that much time for editing before my wife gets up, and also, as my back sometimes is still bothering me and sitting on my computer where I blend and edit my photos sometimes aggravates it.

But enough about that, onto the photos and I will start with this one, at the start of the harbor walk on the Hurricane barrier wall, looking over the wall towards Fairhaven.

And to finish off, this is the Hurricane barrier wall I was looking over in the first photo in this post, I know some may think those tower things are ugly, but there's something about them I like, so I get this shot from this point, that said, I then walk past them and take one without them in view

And that’s all folks

I really like the way the reflection of the clouds turned out on the water in that first photo.

Like always, your photos are amazing. That one with the boats though is something extra special.

Do you know what the tower things are for? I see it looks like solar panels on the top of them.

About those towers I am not sure, yes they have solar panels on top, and have small light sonthem, but I dont think there to guide the boats or anything, I did read somewhere they are to generate power for a battery array, to enabke closing the gates when needed if city power goes off, but not sure that makes sense there fairly small and only 4 of them
