Yeah yesterday I did something I can normally do with it and the pain was intense ended up having to drop what I was carrying, luckily it wasnt break able, after that I called my Dr and asked for a referral

Ouch!! The fact that you had to drop it doesn't sound good! But I'm glad you called your doctor and asked for a referral! I sure it will be better to rather have it checked out!
Yes i think so heading for the Xray today andsee the Dr next Tuesday
