Monochrome Monday, Shots from recent walks
Good Morning, I hope your weekend went well, and wishing you a good week ahead. As I tend to do, I am starting the week with a few Monochrome edits, from recent walks.
One Morning, I was heading out to a spot and happened to drive by the bridge to the train Station, which I had been meaning for ages to visit and take photos of.
IT was still pretty dark at the time, but I'm kind of happy with how this shot of the bridge heading to the train Station came out

The train is on the T line and opened maybe a year ago to here in New Bedford, I do plan one day to catch the early train and do a day visit to Boston, but as of yet, I have not gotten around to it.
I think the first one leaves at 4:16 or something like that and takes about 1 hour 40 minutes to get to Boston
Heres a photo from on the bridge, I like the touch of reflection in the puddle

Next up from another day I took a walk on the Harbor walk here in New Bedford, wasnt much color at sunrise so I thought this worked OK as a B&W edit

And another shot from the Harbor walk, I mostly enjoy the views out over the water, but there are some nice views on the the other side as well such as this one.

I have recently been fascinated about the history and historic buildings here in New Bedford. I took this photo of the Whalers Tavern, thinking or feeling it had been around a long time, but I was so wrong, it opened in 2015.
But the building is one of the original structures, so that is historic from the 1800s, I believe

Those are some great shots! The tavern is quite cool. You can tell the building is old even if the business in it isn't. I love the photos of the bridge.
