Hello all my artist friends, I hope you are doing well and having fun spring days ahead.

For today's @monomad challenge, I decided to share a portrait of me in gymnastics activities and practice with my teacher council friends

This activity is an activity carried out in order to train teachers so that they can always learn activities and also exercise so that they can be taught to students at school.

Even though this is an activity and exercise that is carried out for a short time, you are required to be able to understand every movement, so you still have to really understand it.

I really hope that this senbam exercise will become a new exercise for children so that they will quickly understand it when taught at school.

This gymnastics training activity is usually carried out simultaneously from various regions, but currently only a few groups are attending,
There is no small possibility that this gymnastics training will continue to be developed again in the following days

During the break, I also had time to take photos with my teammates in this training, they are good people and friends who like to share knowledge.
