[ENG/ESP] The Routine that takes the form of a Landscape in Pedro González
The week continues, and, as always, so do our duties. Each day brings a new day, a new journey, and a new opportunity to fulfill our responsibilities. That’s why, before we begin, I want to wish you all a happy, productive day full of positive energy. Sometimes, a kind word, a greeting, or a simple smile is all it takes to make the day go by more smoothly.
Today, in particular, we had a simple but equally important task: to travel to the Sunsol Ecoland Hotel to carry out our routine chlorination and disinfection of the main tank. Since this hotel is quite far away, we always have to adjust our schedule so that our visit doesn’t overlap with other guests and we can work calmly, without setbacks or unnecessary rush. That distance, while it means a longer commute, also gives us something valuable: the opportunity to enjoy the scenery of the Pedro González area, a town that never ceases to amaze us with its vibrant nature, its lush greenery, and that tranquility that seems to envelop everything.
La semana continúa y, como siempre, los deberes también. Cada día trae consigo una nueva jornada, un nuevo recorrido y una nueva oportunidad para cumplir con nuestras responsabilidades. Por eso, antes de comenzar, quiero desearles un día feliz, productivo y lleno de buenas energías. A veces, una palabra amable, un saludo o una simple sonrisa, basta para que el día avance con más ligereza.
Este día en particular tenía una tarea sencilla, pero igualmente importante; trasladarnos hasta el hotel Sunsol Ecoland para realizar nuestra rutina de cloración y desinfección del tanque principal. Como este hotel queda bastante distante, siempre debemos reorganizar la agenda para que la visita no coincida con otros clientes y podamos trabajar con calma, sin contratiempos ni apuros innecesarios. Esa distancia, aunque implica más tiempo de traslado, también nos regala algo valioso; la oportunidad de disfrutar los paisajes que ofrece la zona de Pedro González, un municipio que nunca deja de sorprendernos con su naturaleza viva, su verdor y esa tranquilidad que parece envolverlo todo.
The road took us through Tacarigua and Santa Ana, two places that always look clean, tidy, and picturesque. Santa Ana, in particular, has a beautiful plaza and a church that can be seen from afar, as if it were watching over the town from its lofty perch. These are places that invite you to stop, look around, and admire them, because they retain that traditional charm that is so cherished on this beautiful island.
El camino nos llevó por Tacarigua y Santa Ana, dos lugares que siempre se ven limpios, ordenados y pintorescos. Santa Ana, en particular, tiene una plaza hermosa y una iglesia que se divisa desde lejos, como si vigilara el pueblo desde su altura. Son sitios que invitan a detenerse, a observar y a admirar, porque conservan ese encanto tradicional que tanto valor tiene en esta hermosa isla.
Amid beautiful scenery, a cool breeze, and a serene atmosphere, we finally arrived at the hotel. As always, we were greeted with the same warmth and respect that characterizes the staff at Ecoland. That consistency in how they treat us makes every visit more enjoyable and allows our work to flow naturally.
Entre paisajes hermosos, brisa fresca y un ambiente sereno, finalmente llegamos al hotel. Como siempre, fuimos recibidos con la misma cordialidad y respeto que caracteriza al personal del Ecoland. Esa constancia en el trato hace que cada visita sea más agradable y que el trabajo fluya con naturalidad.
That day, we had to wait for them to finish transferring the water from the main tank to the Australian tank. Only after that process could we properly carry out the chlorination and disinfection, ensuring that everything remained within the appropriate parameters. While we waited, we took the opportunity to tour the facilities. Ecoland always offers beautiful views: mountains, vegetation, trails, and spots where nature seems to embrace every structure. It is precisely this natural setting that many tourists seek when they come to the island, and it’s easy to see why.
Ese día debíamos esperar a que terminaran de trasegar el agua del tanque principal hacia el tanque australiano. Solo después de ese proceso podíamos realizar la cloración y desinfección de manera correcta, asegurando que todo quedara en los valores adecuados. Mientras esperábamos, aprovechamos para dar un recorrido por las instalaciones. Ecoland siempre ofrece vistas hermosas; montañas, vegetación, senderos y rincones donde la naturaleza parece abrazar cada estructura. Es justamente ese entorno natural lo que muchos turistas buscan cuando vienen a la isla, y es fácil entender por qué.
Once the tour was over, we were able to head to the main tank to carry out our routine. We worked diligently, as always, and when we were done, we checked the readings. Everything went well, which filled us with satisfaction and gave us that comforting sense of a job well done.
Al finalizar el recorrido, ya podíamos dirigirnos al tanque principal para realizar nuestra rutina. Trabajamos con dedicación, como siempre, y al terminar verificamos los valores. Todo salió bien, lo que nos llenó de satisfacción y nos dio esa sensación de deber cumplido que tanto reconforta.
With the work finished, we set off on our way back home. We were at peace, enjoying the serenity of the landscape and grateful that the day had gone smoothly. That’s how our day went: surrounded by nature, working, and savoring those little moments that give each day its own special value.

Con el trabajo concluido, emprendimos el camino de regreso a casa. Íbamos con el corazón tranquilo, disfrutando la serenidad del paisaje y agradeciendo que la jornada hubiera transcurrido sin contratiempos. Así pasó nuestro día: entre naturaleza, trabajo y pequeños momentos que hacen que cada jornada tenga su propio valor.
