[ENG/ESP] Scenes that accompany my workday on Wednesday
Happy Wednesday, dear community. Just like every week, here I am again with you to take part in @tattoodjay wonderful initiative, which has become a special part of my routine. I love having this space to share my travels, my landscapes, and a little glimpse into my daily life, so I never miss a chance to join in and bring you something new, beautiful, and enjoyable.
My journey today began very early, just as the sun was casting its first rays over the island. That moment at sunrise always fills me with energy, as if the light gives me a little nudge to get started in good spirits. We had two important destinations: the Parque Costa Azul Shopping Center and the Wyndham Concorde Hotel, where we had to carry out our work routines. The weather was wonderful from the start, with clear skies and a gentle breeze that made the journey much more pleasant. Thanks to that, I was able to take several photos along the way, because when nature decides to show off, you can’t let the opportunity pass you by.
Feliz miércoles querida comunidad. Como cada semana, aquí estoy nuevamente con ustedes para participar en la hermosa iniciativa de @tattoodjay, que se ha convertido en una parte especial de mi rutina. Me encanta tener este espacio para compartir mis recorridos, mis paisajes y un pedacito de mi día a día, así que nunca pierdo la oportunidad de sumarme y traerles algo nuevo, bonito y agradable.
Mi recorrido de hoy comenzó muy temprano, justo cuando el sol apenas asomaba sus primeros rayos sobre la isla. Ese momento del amanecer siempre me llena de energía, como si la luz me diera un pequeño empujón para arrancar con buen ánimo. Teníamos dos destinos importantes: el Centro Comercial Parque Costa Azul y el hotel Wyndham Concorde, donde debíamos realizar nuestras rutinas de trabajo. El clima estuvo estupendo desde el inicio, con un cielo despejado y una brisa suave que hacía el camino mucho más agradable. Gracias a eso pude tomar varias fotografías durante el recorrido, porque cuando la naturaleza se pone de acuerdo para lucirse, uno no puede dejar pasar la oportunidad.
Our first stop was the Parque Costa Azul Shopping Center. As soon as I walked in, I was struck by the new welcome decor. They had set out beautiful, colorful flowers, and you know how much I love nature. Seeing those vibrant details brightened my day and made me feel even more motivated to start the workday. I went through my usual disinfection routine; everything went smoothly, and once the service was finished, we set off for our second destination.
Nuestra primera parada fue el Centro Comercial Parque Costa Azul. Apenas entré, me llamó la atención la nueva decoración de bienvenida. Habían colocado flores hermosas, llenas de color, y ya ustedes saben cuánto amo la naturaleza. Ver esos detalles tan vivos me alegró el momento y me hizo sentir aún más motivada para comenzar la jornada. Realicé la rutina de desinfección con normalidad, todo fluyó como debía, y una vez terminado el servicio nos dispusimos a continuar hacia nuestro segundo destino.
To get to the Wyndham Concorde, we had to drive through part of the city, and that route always treats me to scenery that I really enjoy. Amid the urban bustle, the trees lining some of the avenues, and the clear sky, the drive became a perfect blend of colors and tranquility. I took the opportunity to snap a few shots that I’ll share with you later, because I know that many of you also enjoy seeing those everyday spots that make our island so special.
Para llegar al Wyndham Concorde debíamos cruzar parte de la ciudad, y ese trayecto siempre me regala paisajes que disfruto muchísimo. Entre el movimiento urbano, los árboles que bordean algunas avenidas y el cielo despejado, el camino se volvió una mezcla perfecta de colores y tranquilidad. Aproveché para capturar algunas tomas que más adelante les compartiré, porque sé que a muchos de ustedes también les gusta ver esos rincones cotidianos que hacen especial a nuestra isla.
When we arrived at the hotel, we focused on getting our work routine underway. Everything went very smoothly, without a hitch, and once the service was finished, we got ready to leave. With our tasks completed, the trip back felt much easier. Amid conversation, laughter, and the view of the natural landscapes around us, the drive home became the perfect way to end the day.
Al llegar al hotel, nos enfocamos en realizar nuestra rutina de trabajo. Todo salió muy bien, sin contratiempos, y una vez finalizado el servicio nos preparamos para retirarnos. Ya con las tareas cumplidas, el regreso se sintió más ligero. Entre conversación, risas y la vista de los paisajes naturales que nos acompañaban, el camino de vuelta se convirtió en un cierre perfecto para la jornada.
I love how these walks, even though they’re part of my job, always end up giving me moments of calm, beautiful photos, and little stories that I can then share with you here. Every Wednesday, I feel like I’m reconnecting with you all, as if this community were an open window where we share what we see, what we experience, and what inspires us.
Me encanta cómo estos recorridos, aunque formen parte de mi trabajo, siempre terminan regalándome momentos de calma, fotografías bonitas y pequeñas historias que luego puedo traerles aquí. Cada miércoles siento que vuelvo a encontrarme con ustedes, como si esta comunidad fuera una ventana abierta donde compartimos lo que vemos, lo que vivimos y lo que nos inspira.
