[ENG/ESP] Decorated keychain, motivated by the bitcoin pizza event.
I wish you all a week full of energy and creativity. Today I want to share with you a very special craft, inspired by the celebration of Bitcoin Pizza Day, which took place last Thursday, May 22 in different parts of the world. As expected, this event was also held in Margarita, but due to my work responsibilities, I could not participate. However, I always find these meetings fascinating because of the topics discussed and the impact they have on the hive community. I hope that in the future my work will allow me to attend one of these enriching events.
Despite not being able to be present, the celebration inspired me to create a unique craft, decorating a sublimatable keychain with the theme of the famous Bitcoin pizza. I love working with moldable foami because it is a flexible and easy to manipulate dough, which allows shaping pieces with great detail and a very attractive finish. In addition, the possibility of mixing colors and textures makes each creation unique.

Hoy quiero compartir con ustedes una manualidad muy especial, inspirada en la celebración del Bitcoin Pizza Day, que se llevó a cabo el pasado jueves 22 de mayo en diferentes lugares del mundo. Como era de esperar, en Margarita también se celebró este evento, pero debido a mis responsabilidades laborales, no pude participar. Sin embargo, estos encuentros siempre me resultan fascinantes por los temas que se abordan y el impacto que tienen en la comunidad de hive. Espero que en el futuro mi trabajo me permita asistir a uno de estos eventos tan enriquecedores.
A pesar de no haber podido estar presente, la celebración me inspiró a crear una manualidad única, la decoración de un llavero sublimable con la temática de la famosa pizza de Bitcoin. Me encanta trabajar con foami moldeable porque es una masa flexible y fácil de manipular, lo que permite dar forma a piezas con gran detalle y un acabado muy atractivo. Además, la posibilidad de mezclar colores y texturas hace que cada creación sea única.
Materials used:
- Moldable Foami in the colors white, yellow, orange, brown, green and red.
- Work sticks to help in the modeling.
- Metal rings to assemble the key ring.
- Transparent nail polish to give shine and resistance to the piece.
- Sublimatable keychain to complete the design.
Materiales utilizados:
- Foami moldeable en los colores blanco, amarillo, naranja, marrón, verde y rojo.
- Palillos de trabajo para ayudar en el modelado.
- Argollas de metal para ensamblar el llavero.
- Esmalte transparente de uñas para darle brillo y resistencia a la pieza.
- Llavero sublimable para completar el diseño.
**Step by step of the elaboration:
- Preparation of the base. I started by mixing the brown and white moldable foami until I got a suitable shade for the base of the pizza wedge. With my hands and the help of a toothpick, I shaped the wedge evenly.**

- Preparación de la base. Comencé mezclando el foami moldeable marrón y blanco hasta obtener un tono adecuado para la base de la cuña de pizza. Con las manos y la ayuda de un palillo, di forma a la cuña de manera uniforme.*
2. Creation of the cheese. The mixture of yellow, white and orange allowed me to obtain a realistic tone to simulate the cheese on the pizza. Then, I carefully spread this dough on the base with the help of a toothpick.
2. Creación del queso. La mezcla de amarillo, blanco y naranja permitió obtener un tono realista para simular el queso de la pizza. Luego, extendí cuidadosamente esta masa sobre la base con la ayuda de un palillo.
3. Additional details. To make the chorizo slices, I mixed red, white and orange foami, forming small balls that I then gently flattened. I placed them on the cheese with the help of a toothpick to ensure better adherence.
3. Detalles adicionales. Para hacer las rodajas de chorizo, mezclé foami rojo, blanco y naranja, formando bolitas pequeñas que luego aplasté suavemente. Las coloqué sobre el queso con la ayuda de un palillo para garantizar una mejor adherencia.
4. Incorporation of the paprika. I cut small pieces of red and green moldable foami, adding them quickly before the material dried completely, which allowed a better integration with the overall design.

5. Assembling the key ring. Once the main piece was ready, I placed the metal hook that would secure the pizza to the key ring.

6. Finishing touches. To give it a more beautiful finish, I applied clear nail polish, which not only adds shine but also helps to harden the craft, making it more resistant.
6. Toques finales. Para darle un acabado más hermoso, apliqué esmalte transparente de uñas, que no solo aporta brillo sino que también ayuda a endurecer la manualidad, haciendo que sea más resistente.
7. Sublimation of the keychain. I designed a Bitcoin Pizza Day themed pattern in Canva, printed, cut it out and placed it on the sublimatable keychain. Thus, I achieved a perfect complement to the piece made of foami.

Once everything was assembled, I got a keychain with a fun and commemorative design, ideal to carry a little piece of this celebration with me.
Una vez ensamblado todo, obtuve un llavero con un diseño divertido y conmemorativo, ideal para llevar un pedacito de esta celebración conmigo.

You have done a very good job, the pizza really looks great and I liked the development of it with so much detail. With those materials you used it looked like a real mini pizza. You also worked well on the design for the key ring and the combination of both was very artistic. Ideal to make it in series.
