Here I am again, as I am every week, sharing this wonderful initiative by @tattoodjay with you. I love participating because not only can I show you how my journey went, but I can also enjoy the experiences of others, no matter where they are in the world. It's like a bridge that connects us through little everyday stories.
My day started very early, with that energy that comes with the first light of morning. The weather was cool, with air that invited you to take a deep breath. The sky was covered with clouds, some denser than others, as if announcing a possible rain in the afternoon. However, far from being an inconvenience, that mixture of blue and gray tones gave the landscape a special charm. It was as if nature had decided to paint a picture for us, and I didn't hesitate to capture those images with my cell phone, because each cloud seemed to tell a different story.

Aquí estoy nuevamente, como cada semana, compartiendo con ustedes esta hermosa iniciativa de @tattoodjay. Me encanta participar porque no solo puedo mostrarles cómo transcurrió mi recorrido, sino también disfrutar de las experiencias de otros, sin importar en qué lugar del mundo se encuentren. Es como un puente que nos conecta a través de las pequeñas historias cotidianas.
Mi día comenzó muy temprano, con esa energía que da la primera luz de la mañana. El clima estaba fresco, con un aire que invitaba a respirar profundo. El cielo se mostraba cubierto de nubes, algunas más densas que otras, como si anunciaran una posible lluvia en la tarde. Sin embargo, lejos de ser un inconveniente, esa mezcla de tonos azules y grises le daba un encanto especial al paisaje. Era como si la naturaleza hubiera decidido pintar un cuadro para nosotros, y yo no dudé en capturar esas imágenes con mi móvil, porque cada nube parecía contar una historia distinta.
Amidst clouds and landscapes, we arrived at Sunsol Unik, where we carried out our routine water measurement and disinfection procedures. It is a job that requires attention and responsibility, but it also gives us a lot of satisfaction. We are happy because, even though the hotel is being supplied with water trucks, the parameters remain at optimal levels. This peace of mind is shared by everyone, because we know that the effort is worthwhile and that guests can enjoy a safe and reliable service.
Entre nubes y paisajes llegamos a Sunsol Unik, donde realizamos nuestra rutina de medición de aguas y desinfección. Es un trabajo que requiere atención y responsabilidad, pero que también nos da mucha satisfacción. Nos sentimos contentos porque, a pesar de que el hotel está siendo surtido con gandolas de agua, los parámetros se mantienen en niveles óptimos. Esa tranquilidad es compartida por todos, porque sabemos que el esfuerzo vale la pena y que los huéspedes pueden disfrutar de un servicio seguro y confiable.
Once the workday was over, we headed into town. We needed to buy a special oil for the mower, which we had just started using. They recommended a type of two-stroke oil, ideal for achieving the right mixture to ensure better performance and greater durability of the equipment. It's funny how even these technical tasks become part of the family routine, because each new tool brings with it new lessons and care.
Una vez concluida la jornada laboral, nos dirigimos a la ciudad. Teníamos pendiente comprar un aceite especial para la podadora, que recién estrenamos. Nos recomendaron un tipo de aceite de dos tiempos, ideal para lograr una mezcla adecuada que garantice un mejor rendimiento y mayor durabilidad del equipo. Es curioso cómo incluso estas tareas técnicas se convierten en parte de la rutina familiar, porque cada herramienta nueva trae consigo aprendizajes y cuidados.
On the way, we pass by Bingo Las Vegas, one of the few that still remains open on the island. It is right next to Galerías Fenter, a place that always attracts attention for its structure and design. Although people tend to pass by quickly, it is impossible not to stop for a moment to observe how the architecture blends in with the daily movement of the city.
En el camino pasamos por el Bingo Las Vegas, uno de los pocos que aún permanece abierto en la isla. Está justo al lado de Galerías Fenter, un lugar que siempre llama la atención por su estructura y diseño. Aunque las personas suelen pasar rápido, es imposible no detenerse un instante a observar cómo la arquitectura se mezcla con el movimiento cotidiano de la ciudad.
After purchasing the oil, we took the opportunity to visit the Xtremer Tech store, located on 4 de Mayo Avenue. There we looked for prices on filters and some accessories that we will need for future jobs. This store is known for offering good quality products at competitive prices, and it is always useful to have it as a reference.
Después de adquirir el aceite, aprovechamos para visitar el comercio Xtremer Tech, ubicado en la avenida 4 de mayo. Allí buscamos precios de filtros y algunos accesorios que necesitaremos para futuros trabajos. Este local es conocido por ofrecer productos de buena calidad a precios competitivos, y siempre resulta útil tenerlo como referencia.
With our shopping done and the day's tasks completed, we decided to stop by my father's house before returning to ours. It was a special moment because, beyond chatting for a while, we were able to join him in his yard and look at his pepper plants. They are already bearing fruit, and seeing him so excited filled us with joy. It's amazing how something as simple as the growth of a plant can convey so much satisfaction and hope.
Con las compras realizadas y las tareas del día cumplidas, decidimos pasar por la casa de mi padre antes de regresar a la nuestra. Fue un momento especial, porque más allá de conversar un rato, pudimos acompañarlo en su patio y observar sus plantas de pimentón. Ya están dando frutos, y verlo tan entusiasmado nos llenó de alegría. Es increíble cómo algo tan sencillo como el crecimiento de una planta puede transmitir tanta satisfacción y esperanza.
Finally, we set off on our way back home. The fatigue of the day mingled with the satisfaction of having achieved every goal, and with the excitement of preparing for a new dawn full of challenges and opportunities.
And so ended my journey on Wednesday. I bid you farewell with the promise of returning next week with another post, another walk, another story to share with you.

Finalmente emprendimos el camino de regreso a casa. El cansancio del día se mezclaba con la satisfacción de haber cumplido cada objetivo, y con la ilusión de prepararnos para un nuevo amanecer lleno de retos y oportunidades.
