Wonderful Bangkok Children’s Discovery Museum

If you have children not over 12 years old, I would recommend you to visit Bangkok Children’s Discovery Museum where your children will have fun throughout the day.
Bangkok Children’s Discovery Museum is part of the Queen Sirikit Park. It’s a creative place which provides a safe and suitable environment with appropriate learning atmosphere especially for children. There are a variety of exhibitions and activities that can encourage your children to think and exercise. This can help your children to develop their physical, mental and motor skills.

Each building has its own name and hosts different activities; i.e.
Sai Rung (Rainbow) Building has a big backyard, creative library and rainbow town, which is suitable for early children up to 6 years old.
Tho Tawan (Sunshine) Building has many activities especially for children between 7 - 12 years old; i.e. creative science, junior’s Thai kitchen, Dino detectives, inventor’s club, kid’s playhouse, build our city, etc. These activities can help your children to think and develop new knowledge.
Chakkrawan (Universe) Building offers fun and educational video, interactive games and a workshop for enhancing your children’s knowledge and awareness of the world. The activities are suitable for children between 7 - 12 years old.

Unilever Building demonstrates a learning process of “Build a Dream City”; i.e. your children can explore elements of building a creative city, enhancing their critical thinking skill that leads to developing their ideal city through animated video and interactive games.
Activity Play Ground provides an outdoor learning environment to build up your children’s self-confidence and physical strength.

Unfortunately, I cannot go inside these buildings now because the rule of the Bangkok Children’s Discovery Museum is that to go inside, you have to bring your children with the age not over 12 years old with you…. I used to accompany my children to go inside, but now they are not children anymore… Haha!
The above mentioned information is partly from the brochure of the Bangkok Children’s Discovery Museum…

In the meantime, I tried to take photos from outside which I think the Bangkok Children’s Discovery Museum is wonderful even if you look from outside and I think you can see the magical things inside as described above as well….
