Nature improves both physical and mental health
Being close to nature can improve both physical and mental health. This can help us have a better mood and more peace.
When we stand next to the water, (no matter whether it’s sea, river, or lake), listen to the sound of the water, feel the cool fresh air from the water, this can help our brain to relax more.
Just walking along the sea, along the river, along the lake, watching the waves that gradually hit the beach, or watching the flow of the water in the river or the lake, this can help us practice meditation.
The same as when we are among the greenery, we will feel refreshed and relaxed....
Nature has a lot of good energy, so staying close to nature is such a good way to receive energy indeed.
These places are in Chumphon province, in the South of Thailand.
