Life is not easy
Life is not easy, but we must have confidence in ourselves. When facing any problem or obstacle, we have to confront, learn and resolve the issues ourselves. Even with the encouragement or advice of others, no one can truly help us 100%, we have to move forward on our own.

Smiling at problems is one of the best ways that we should do. Going out and appreciating nature is another way to release our stress and calm our mind down.
