In our life there are different cases, both pleasant and not very. The other day I had an incident.
The fact is that I was waiting for a parcel from Germany with the things I needed. The parcel arrived safely and they sent me a list of places where I could pick it up. One of them is very close to my house. I didn't notice at first that it was Locker. Have you dealt with this? 😵 I haven't before, so I was calm when I went to pick up my package from Locker.
Before that, I received an SMS from the distributor company with the code to open the locker. It was also indicated that it is located on the roof of the shopping center where the car park is. I calmly went up to the top floor of the shopping complex by elevator.

In front of you is an elevator and to the right and left is the entrance to one of the hospital clinics. Parking lot right and left.

Everything corresponds to the description in the received SMS. On one side of the elevator, we found Locker.

They typed the code on the display and got it!

It was written that the code is incorrect. Wow! And what to do? We did not know. I called my friend who had experience with it. She said that you need to call the distributor company so that they send another code. I called. They gave me a different phone number. I called there. They told me it wasn't for them. We did not have the opportunity to stay there and we left.
I was very upset. At the same time, messages continued to come to me so that I could pick up the parcel within 7 days, otherwise it would be sent back. I was shocked! The next day I called them again. I was asked if I am near those boxes. No, I was at home. Ok, I went to those red boxes and called them again. They asked me if I was there and they gave me a code. These are the same numbers as before. I still dialed them and again it came out on the display that the code was incorrect. All this time they kept in touch with me. The girl employee of the company asked to wait and began to call somewhere. Then she returned to me and said that you can pick up the package without a code. But you need to dial a phone number. I looked at the display but this option was not there. Then the girl asked what color Locker was. I said red. To this she replied that it was necessary to look for another - yellow. That is, the red boxes were not the ones that I needed. It took us two days to figure out that Lockers come in different colors!!!! Then began running around the mall in search of yellow boxes. All this time the girl remained in touch with me by phone. We ran around the bottom floor and upstairs, asking people who worked there, but no one knew anything about the yellow boxes. 😵
In the end, the girl began to look for them on a Google map. She said that we should go to the very end of the parking lot. We ran both to the left and to the right there, but we did not see any boxes. But still we went as the girl said. Do you see boxes here? We are not!

The girl said she had to move on. OK!

Do you see boxes here? We don't either. Go ahead!

And that's where we saw it! Orange box! Would you have guessed that it could be there?????

I don’t understand who came up with the idea to put Locker mailboxes in there and not hang a single sign?!!! 😵

There was also a display. We entered the code and, fortunately, the display told us that my package was in box 13.

And now, after 3 days, my parcel was finally with me!

I don't know if you like moments like this. I honestly don't really like it because it made me very nervous.😵 But as they say, you can learn something from any situation. I thought that for me it's that I already know where the yellow Locker is. 🤣 However, I am not very sure that in the near future I will want to use these services. 😁🙈
