RE: Let's Talk About Drying

This reminds me of a very common snack, Dried mangoes

There are 2 methods to do this

1st is the Air-dry method, same thing as what you did for the weed but we just let them hang in a straw basket. *(Too complex to keep track of moisture and %)(A sunny day is enough)

2nd is the Sun-dried method, usually for mass production or going to be used for cooking a fruit cake. *(SUN POWER)

UwU, i prefer the air-dry method too. It preserves the most flavor and doesn't cause the mango to shrivel and deform unlike the sun-dry method.
