Short trip to Rajshahi Zoo
Rajshahi is known as the city of mangoes in Bangladesh. I have heard rumours about it being the cleanest city in the whole country.
Recently i was kind of forced to go to Rajshahi with my cousin x roommate. He had an exam over there. My mom demanded me to go there. Well, i had to agree with her cause if you are an asian, you don't mess with your mom.
So my journey began. We woke up at 7 am to catch the buss. I fell asleep right after it started. When i opened my eyes, the bus was on the 'Jamuna bridge '. I looked out the window. As far as i could see, it was just water. I captured some photos with my phone.
We arrived there at noon. We first went to a small restaurant which was famous for it's ' Kalabhuna'. I was so hungry that i forgot to take a pic for this post. It was delish. We then to RABI which stands for Rajshahi University. We crashed in my cousin's ex hall 😄. His roommates were very nice. The food in the cafeteria was cheaper than outside. On of those roommates gave me treat.
Then we went to the zoo. There were bush figure of many animals. Here are some:
Honestly the zoo was a little disappointing. There weren't many animals. I was expectating some lions and tigers. Sadly😔 there weren’t any. There were some rabbits. I counted them. There were more than 22 of them cause i couldn't see the insides of their house.
Then we saw some monkeys. They were very naughty. Some kid threw a bunch of peanut. They caught them while hanging on a tire.
Then we saw some parrots next to the monkey's cage.
Then we roamed here and there in the zoo. We many goldfish in the little pond of the zoo.
Then we visited the deers. There were many deers. That day i discovered, dear eats penauts. Who knew, i didn't. I always thought that they just eat grass.The place was crowded with people as they were taking photos. I also joined them and took some shots.
Soon after that we returned to our hall.After 1 day, I returned to Mymensingh. My cousin stayed there for 1 more day.
