Thursday morning the Chief Justice of the Aceh Sharia Court visited the Blang Pidie Syar'iyah Court office for a LEGAL DISCUSSION event.
Chairman of the Aceh Sharia Court Dr. Drs. H. Rafi'Uddin, MH emphasized that holding legal discussions is one of the main programs that is carried out routinely in every Religious Court Area within the Legal Area of the Aceh High Religious Court.Discussions like this are intended as a vehicle to increase the knowledge and knowledge of judges, which is very important to continue to update in providing legal services, justice and legal certainty for the community.

This assertion was made by the Chairman of the Aceh Syar'iyah Court in his speech when officially opening the Legal Discussion of Religious Courts in the West Aceh Region Blang Pidie Syar'iyah Court, Meulaboh Syar'iyah Court, Tapaktuan Syar'iyah Court and Singkil Syar'iyah Court.
According to the former Regional Inspector at the Indonesian Supreme Court Supervisory Board, because we are in a space that continues to develop, every judge must continue to strive to update the knowledge he has in resolving every community dispute he faces. The Chairman of the Aceh Syar'iyah Court and the Deputy Chairman of the Aceh Syar'iyah Court gave explanations as main sources.
He hopes that through this discussion activity, there may be differences of opinion, but he is sure that it can still provide benefits in increasing knowledge and broadening horizons for each discussion participant.
Meanwhile, Chairman of the Blang Pidie Syar'iyah Court Muhammad Nawawi, S.H.I,. M.H. As well as the person responsible for implementing this activity in his report, he stated that this legal discussion was intended to increase the understanding and mastery of judges and all technical apparatus of the Religious Courts throughout the West Aceh Region regarding community property law both at the ius constitum and ius operatum levels, with the main users being the Religious Courts. Blang pidie, while the respective responders are the Tapaktuan Religious Court and the Meulaboh Religious Court.

The legal discussion, guided by a moderator from the Aceh Syar'iyah Court, was exciting and successful, attended by Chairmen, Deputy Chairmen, Judges, Registrars as well as Junior Registrars and judges of Religious Courts throughout the West Aceh Region. The legal discussion was attended directly by the Chairman of the Aceh Syar'iyah Court, Dr. Drs. H. Rafi'Uddin, MH and Deputy Chairman of the Aceh Sharia Court Dr. H. Darmansyah Hasibuan, S.H., M.H. as the main resource persons as well as two High Judges of the Aceh Syar'iyah Court who are also regional supervisors at the West Aceh Regional Syar'iyah Court.

The legal discussion, which was closed by the Chairman of the Aceh Syar'iyah Court, ended with the submission of the results of the legal discussion from the West Aceh Regional Coordinator to each Chairman of the Syar'iyah Court, which was started by the Chairman of the Aceh Syar'iyah Court, Deputy Chairman of the Aceh Syar'iyah Court , High Judge and Registrar of the Aceh Sharia Court.
